Robert Tidwell, Owner
Robert Tidwell is an experienced IT professional with over 25 years in the industry. In 2024, he and his wife, Sherri, founded Crested Healthcare Solutions LLC to pursue their shared vision of helping medical practices streamline their billing and credentialing services. Robert's deep passion for IT security has become a cornerstone of the business, ensuring clients' sensitive healthcare data is protected while their administrative processes run smoothly. His expertise not only strengthens Crested Healthcare Solutions' service offerings but also builds trust and confidence among the practices they serve. Outside of work, Robert enjoys playing his guitars, unwinding with his Xbox, and spending time pursuing creative and recreational outlets.

Sherri Bowyer-Tidwell, Billing Operations Director / Owner
Sherri Tidwell brings over 30 years of experience in the medical billing and credentialing industry. Her career began in healthcare administration, where she quickly developed a passion for helping clinics improve efficiency and streamline revenue. Committed to advancing her knowledge and leadership skills,
Sherri earned her B.S. in Organizational Management from John Brown University and went on to her M.A. in Leadership and Management from Webster University. This combination of hands-on industry experience and formal education gives her unique perspective in guiding practices toward financial and operational success.
In 2024, Sherri and her husband Robert, co-founded Crested Healthcare Solutions LLC to pursue their shared vision of providing billing and credentialing services to healthcare practices. Together, they combine Sherri's expertise in revenue cycle management with Robert's IT security background to deliver solutions that are both efficient and secure.
Sherri and Robert married in 2015 and enjoy a blended family of three grown children and one grandson. Outside of work, Sherri loves reading, cooking, and playing pickleball.

Jessica, Billing and Credentialing Team Lead
Jessica, is a Medical Billing Specialist here at Crested Healthcare Solutions. She's been working in the medical field for about nine years, wearing a few different hats along the way before finding her passion in billing.
She thrives on the problem-solving aspect that comes with what she does, and is a intergral proud to be a part of a team that helps others and keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes. Outside of work she is married to her college sweetheart, and together they are raising two beautiful girls. The three of them keep her busy, but in her downtime she enjoys a good book, making memories with her family, or indulging in a good tv show or movie.

Melody, Credentialing Coordinator
As a dedicated professional with over 20 years of experience in customer service, management, and organizational development, Melody is passionate about driving results and ensuring operational efficiency. Her career has spanned diverse roles, including her current position as a Credentialing Coordinator, where attention to detail, communication, and process optimization are key.
Outside of work, she is a proud mother of three and grandmother of three, and she brings the same level of dedication to her family life as she. does to her professional endeavors. Her love for organization and results fuels her drive to create systems that improve both workplace efficiency and client satisfaction.
She is committed to leveraging her expertise in leadership, team management, and program development to make a meaningful impact wherever she is.
Cassie, Medical Billing and Credentialing Coordinator
I have worked in the medical field for the past seventeen years, building a career that has taken me from medical receptionist and medical transcriptionist to office manager and now credentialing specialist. Each role has allowed me to contribute to patient care in meaningful ways, and my heart has remained firmly in healthcare throughout my journey.
Outside of work, I value making memories with my family. In my spare time, you’ll usually find me reading on my Kindle, listening to an audiobook, gardening, or relaxing with a favorite television show.
